Position Title:Case Manager
Supervisor: Lead Case Manager – Resettlement Coordinator
Status: Full-time, salary, exempt.

Journey’s End Refugee Services, Inc. is a refugee resettlement and immigration services provider for the Western New York Region.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Case Manager is responsible for compliance with the R&P Operational Guidance as revised annually. The Case Manager will be responsible for maintaining his/her own case load of newly arrived refugees and seeing to the needs of these clients within the framework of the operational guidance. The Case Manager will be responsible for the completion of all R&P required services for his/her own client caseload. The Case Manager will work with the employment department to refer clients to the appropriate employment service and to manage the acculturation of newly arrived clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of case management experience and have obtained a minimum of a bachelor degree or foreign equivalent. License and insured vehicle are job requirements. A combination of work experience and education will be considered. Fluency in a foreign language is required. Preferences will be given to Burmese, Karen, Arabic, and Bhutanese languages. Please specify language skills on resume or cover letter.
This is a full time, salary, exempt position. Candidate must be able to work evening and weekends as needed.
